Terms and conditions

Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These terms and conditions (T&Cs) govern the food and beverage services provided on site by the establishment “Ice Cube Lounge”, operated by [Company name] (the “Establishment”), as well as booking requests made via the website.

Any order or booking implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 — Provider identity

Article 3 — Services

The Establishment offers on-site consumption of cocktails, drinks, draft beers, wines by the glass, spirits and tapas, subject to the menus in force and to stock and service availability.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, service included. They are displayed in the establishment and, where applicable, on the website menus for information.

The Establishment reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable prices are those in force at the time of the order.

Article 5 — Booking

A table may be requested via the website or by phone. A booking request is confirmed only after express acceptance by the Establishment (by email or phone).

The Establishment may refuse or rearrange a booking depending on availability. In the event of significant lateness, the table may be reassigned.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made on site, at the end of service, by the means of payment accepted by the Establishment (cash within legal limits, bank cards, and any other displayed method).

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to catering services or leisure activities provided on a specific date or period. A confirmed booking therefore does not give rise to a right of withdrawal; it may nonetheless be cancelled under the conditions of Article 8.

Article 8 — Cancellation

Any cancellation is possible and free of charge using the link or contact details provided. For the smooth running of service, please cancel as early as possible. [Any specific conditions for large tables or private events to be added.]

Article 9 — Sale of alcohol and protection of minors

In accordance with Article L.3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. Proof of identity may be requested.

The Establishment reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any visibly intoxicated person, in accordance with Article L.3341-1 of the Public Health Code. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; consume in moderation.

Article 10 — Allergens and food information

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, information on allergens present in our preparations is available on request from our staff. Please inform us of any allergy or intolerance before ordering.

Article 11 — Liability

The Establishment cannot be held liable for non-performance due to force majeure or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party. Photographs and descriptions shown on the website are non-contractual.

Article 12 — Personal data

Data collected in connection with bookings is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Article 13 — Complaints and consumer mediation

Any complaint may be sent to [contact@icecube-grenoble.fr]. In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [name and contact details of the mediator to be appointed]. Article 14 — Governing law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts under the conditions of ordinary law.
